    These provisions regulate the use of this Internet website (hereinafter referred to as “Web”) that the Iberian Society of Mycology (SIM) makes available to its users. The use of the Web attributes the condition of user of the Web (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies the acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Web service is limited period of time at which the User is connected to it, therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each of the occasions in which he/she intends to use the Web, since it and the conditions of this Legal Notice may undergo modifications.
  2. Intelectual Property and Industrial Rights
    Absolutely all the contents of this website, such as texts, photos, graphics, images, icons, links and any other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, listed as mere examples (in hereinafter, the “Contents”), are the intellectual property of the Iberian Mycological Society or third parties, without any of the exploitation rights on them being understood as being transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website. The brands, commercial names or distinctive signs are the property of the Iberian Mycological Society or third parties, without understanding that access to the Website attributes any rights over the Contents, brands, commercial names and / or distinctive signs.
  3. Conditions of Web use
    A.- As for the use
    The User takes de compromise of making proper use of the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will respond to the Iberian Mycological Society or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of breach of the aforementioned obligation. It is expressly prohibited to use the Website for harmful purposes against the goods or interests the Iberian Mycological Society or from third parties or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and computer applications (software) of the Iberian Mycological Society or third parties.
    B.-As for the contents
    The User takes the compromise of using the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with the other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of section 1. Enunciatively, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from: – Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented by the Iberian Mycology Society or by those who hold the ownership of the exploitation rights in their case.- Reproduce or copy for private use the Contents that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or made available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party.- To extract and / or to reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Web as well as the databases that the Iberian Mycological Society makes available to Users.
    C.- As for the data collection form
    All information provided by the User through the Web forms for the above purposes or any other ones must be true. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and will keep the information provided to the Iberian Mycological Society perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to the Iberian Mycological Society or to third parties for the information provided.

    In order to offer a better service, the Iberian Society of Mycology may store in the User’s computer small information files called cookies, used for the proper functioning of some of the services offered, as well as to perform usage statistics, diagnose problems on the web, and for the administration of some of the services offered. Exclusion of liability
A.- Of services
Access to the Web does not imply the obligation to control the absence of viruses or any other harmful program or system by the Iberian Mycological Society. Therefore, the Iberian Mycological Society is not responsible for possible damages caused to the computer equipment of the Users or third parties during the provision of the Web service.

B.- Of Web availability
Access to the Web requires third-party services and supplies, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation do not correspond to the Iberian Mycological Society. Therefore, the services provided through the Web may be suspended, canceled and may be inaccessible to Users. The Iberian Mycological Society is not responsible for possible damages or losses of any kind caused to the User and that cause failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks or that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Web service during the provision of the same or in advance.

  1. Personal data protection
    In the cases in which the user will provide the Iberian Mycological Society with personal data, the owner of the data expressly authorizes the Iberian Mycological Society to computerly process the subscribed personal data and to incorporate them into its database. The holder will have the right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel as many personal data as there are stored in the databases of the Iberian Mycological Society. These rights may be communicated by contacting the Iberian Mycological Society (Address: Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Department of Biology and Geology, Physics and Inorganic Chemistry, c / Tulipán s.n., E-28933 Móstoles (Madrid)). Likewise, it authorizes the Iberian Mycological Society to transfer the mentioned personal data to third companies whose intervention is necessary to satisfy the aforementioned needs. Personal data is fully protected according to Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th , Protection of personal data. By pressing the “submit” button of the corresponding form, the User expressly consents that their data may be used for sending commercial communications by email or by any other means.
  2. Applicable legislation
    This Legal Notice and its consequences will be governed in any case by the Spanish legislation that is in force at all times.
